Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily routine operation of the centre and enhance operation process
- Supervise and provide guidance to supervisors, NOC engineers on daily basis
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve network or customer problems
- Provide reports of network and customer status to relevant parties according to standard guidelines
- Escalate and make decision on emergency situation
- Plan, review and approve operation centre activities
- Define and update documentation on operation process and workflow
- Arrange training for NOC duty engineers
Requirements:
- University degree in electrical or communication engineering.
- Over 6 years of telecom network engineering experience, of which 3 years in leading engineers, experience in managing network operation centre would be an advantage
- Experienced in maintaining and supporting of IP network, IPVPN, Metro Ethernet or voice switching network, mobile roaming service, transmission networks (DWDM, SDH) and other mobile value added service
- Good leading skills and able to develop engineers’ working skills and effectiveness
