Travel Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

 

 
  • Account management with responsibility for sales and ordering with intensive customer care of the Travel Retail partners for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Propose and follow-up all orders and ensure optimal stock level with clients.
  • Responsible for key markets in the APAC region to monitor and drive sell-through, improve visual merchandizing and train store personnel.
  • Ensure clients carry an appropriate product range, with constant update of the model assortment per account/channel and control of the respective stock and assortment in the stores through sell-out and stock monitoring.
  • Regularly visit in person clients and business partners to review business.
  • Ensure brand presentation is up to standard (product, display, pricing, windows, service) in boutiques and shop-in-shops.
  • Commercial communication with clients to maximize orders and ensure constant stock in the boutique and shop-in-shops.
  • Clients' monthly stock monitoring, maintain records of monthly sales, delivery status, backorder per client and assortment replenishment.
  • Follow up on clients' requirements and liaise with all relevant personnel to find adequate solution as fast as possible.
  • Training of all doors to communicate brand history, product knowledge and visual merchandizing at each point of sales.
  • Coordination and ordering of POS materials, decoration materials and other merchandizing materials with Marketing Manager and Account Manager.
  • On a monthly basis assist in projecting sales in advance with visibility to deliveries of orders.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date Distribution Plan detailing number of accounts, number of doors and sales per door.
  • Monitor payments are received on a timely basis; follow up where necessary by assisting the Account Manager where necessary.

 


Requirements:

 

 
  • University graduated
  • Mins 3 years working experience 
    (less experiences would be considered as Assistant Travel Retail Manager)
  • An organized, independent and detail oriented person
  • Fluency in both English & Mandarin are essential
  • Strong analytical, coordination and problem solving skills
  • High proficiency in MS office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint
