Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, draw up and execute the production schedule.
• Ensure the KPI of efficiency, productivity and performance are met
• Ensure implementation and evolution of safety requirements in PRC, comply with environmental policies, systems and processes
• Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan to deliver the business objectives in production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality and safety.
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
• Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals.
• Ensure continual improvement with overall quality of product.
• Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS and 5S processes.
• Evaluate staffing and skill-sets of manufacturing operations, develop plans to address needs.
• Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes.
• Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources.

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in EMS field or in a sizable manufacturing company
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supervising a group of mid or senior level professionals
• High Ethical value and Credo-based
• Effective communication, Interpersonal and people management skills
• Strong capability and rich experience in project/program management
• Possess Excellence knowledge & experience is preferred
• Proficient in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Ability to drive large multi-disciplinary organizations
• Hands on experience in driving lean manufacturing and productivity improvement.
