Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned target and objectives on general trade business
- Supervise and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and market intelligence
- Ensure effective communication and cordial working relationship with household chain buyers, department stores, AV chains, dealers, end-users, and various parties
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to promote GP Products in different customer segments
- Manage the customer service team to provide excellent service to consumers
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG / wholesale fields
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under lean and high pressure environment
- Dynamic, aggressive and self-confident
- Immediate availability is preferred
