Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing client business relationships; promoting Recruit Legal's services through warm- and cold-calls and client meetings; maintaining long-term client relationships Assessing the needs of each particular assignment or client Searching methodically and quickly and accurately for suitable candidates within our database and in the market; Interviewing and assessing candidates; maintaining long-term relationships resulting in candidate loyalty Managing the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond
Requirements:
Applicants MUST be able to speak and write in fluent English. You should possess a degree in ANY discipline ideally with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience as an Executive Search Consultant is not a must, nor is a legal background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with a strong record in sports or other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities will have a significant advantage. You must be resourceful, highly self-motivated, have a 'never-give-up' attitude and be able to work well under pressure. Our ideal applicant will likely be several of the following: confident, dynamic, creative, persistent, and possess a natural flair to engage and deal with senior professionals.
