  • Identify corporate training needs and to formulate and implement corporate training strategy in line with business objectives
  • Implement training programs or learning solutions to address training and development needs identified from skills development roadmaps
  • Evaluate, review and revamp the training programs to enhance the competency of staff
  • Drive programs to reinforce the Group’s value and culture
  • Develop and review policies, guidelines and procedures related to training and development
  • Manage and control training expenditure and budgets
  • Participates ad hoc projects





  • Degree holder in business studies / human resources management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant training experience in which at least 3 years managerial / consultancy experience
  • Hands on experience in formulating standards, developing and delivering training and development programs
  • Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency in Chinese word processing is a MUST
  • Able to work under pressure & work independently
  • Good command in both spoken Chinese & English; Putonghua is a MUST
  • Mature, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently and meet tight deadline
  • Immediate available is preferred
