Billing Supervisor

  • Lead a small team of 2 to 3 staff to fully responsible for all sort of carrier and inter-company billing activities
  • Proactively hold internal meetings to review billing matters and issues
  • Enforce follow up procedures to ensure bills are produced at agreed timeframe
  • Provide detailed billing information and prepare client detailed billing schedules
  • Promote the use of the team and provide billing-related support when required
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by the line manager




  • Degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline
  • Proven experience in bills operations with minimum 5 years at the supervisory level and not less than 3 years hands-on experience in bill issuance, preferably in IT/Telco MNC or professional service industry
  • Proficiency in computer applications and solid MS Excel & Visio skills
  • Experience in collecting user requirements for billing-related system changes is advantageous
  • Experience in SOX is a definite advantage
  • Customer-orientated
  • Strong dedication, ability to cope with changing priorities and willing to be hands-on
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with fluent English and Mandarin (is a must)
