Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth daily store operation
- Lead the sales teams to achieve optimum sales targets and profit results
- Prepare performance and sales report
- Conduct evaluation on sales performance of the sales teams
- Provide quality customer service and answer enquiries with professional knowledge of the products
Requirements:
- 6 years retail exp with at least 3 years supervisory level
- Strong store operation and management exp
- Result- driven, proactive, excellent team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
