Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth daily store operation
- Lead the sales teams to achieve optimum sales targets and profit results
- Prepare performance and sales report
- Conduct evaluation on sales performance of the sales teams
- Provide quality customer service and answer enquiries with professional knowledge of the products
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant retail sales management experience
- Pleasant personality, outgoing and high fashion sense
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experiences will be consider as Boutique Supervisor
