Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and driving new products or packages opportunities.
- Liaise and negotiate with Principals on launch activities.
- Ensure smooth implementation of all logistics and launch programs
- Be responsible for driving the overall strategy and track the performance.
Requirements:
- A University graduate in marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years FMCG experience, preferably in sales and marketing managerial role
- Experience in dealing with principals
- Excellent collaborative and strong alignment skills
- Self motivated with strong analytical and project planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
