Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing boutique staff, daily operation, training, coaching, daily briefings
- Provide customer service
- Maintaining, replenishing and balancing stock in-store
- Participating in the preparation of monthly reports
- Handling customer problems or complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year solid experience at luxury retail management, less experience will be considered as Boutique Manager
- Good presentation with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good leadership with excellent customer services skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
