Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for all application support issues assigned to the team;

Lead a team of maintenance support developers in Shenzhen to work on urgent bug fixes and maintenance requests;

Cover 2nd and 3rd team support duties;

Undertake appropriate levels of unit testing and assist with live implementation;

Coaching, motivating and development of the application support team.

A degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;

Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience;
-
Extensive working knowledge with J2EE and Web Service, with a working knowledge of persistence and performance issues;

Proven expertise in Core Java, Java EE framework, Oracle,Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services and JSP;
-
Capable of dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority;
-
Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skill;
-
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines;
-
Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus;
-
Frequent travelling to Shenzhen is required;
-
Immediate available is preferable.
