Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a district with various branches on the sales & product direction of investment products including Unit Trusts & Structured Products
- Providing training and briefings on investment markets, products & selling skills
- Conducting joint calls with front line staff, ensuring they meets sales target
- Assisting in the launch and marketing of investment products
- Initiating, implementing and monitoring promotion programs & sales strategies to motivate sales staff
- Back up other team members within the department if necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ investment sales experience in the retail banking industry
- Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4
- Analytical – minded and sensitive to financial market trends
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
