Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director Board in developing the company's development strategy, based on the company's strategy to develop the company's financial strategy planning and implementation;
• Overall responsibility for the company working capital operation, to make possible optimal scheme and organize the implementation of the Board, as the enterprise management and provide the necessary financing to support national business development;
• According to requirements of enterprise strategic development, comprehensive presided over the operational management of the financial system, according to requirements of listed companies, developing and perfecting the system of financial management of the company and supervise the implementation and enforcement, improve business operational efficiency;
• Guidance and organization of the company's annual operating budget planning, supervision and implementation of comprehensive budget management;
• Responsible for preparations for the IPO project;
• Responsible for the study of fiscal and tax policies and regulations, provides financial and tax information reports and special studies on a regular basis; the business activities of the company, planning tax solutions, avoid financial risk;
• Presided over the preparation of the company's financial statements, including the financial cost, cash and profits of the business unit plans;
• Responsible for the management of the financial departments;
• Station in headquartered, based in Sichuan Province, China

• Bachelor degree major in accounting or finance, preferably with CPA;
• 8 years financial management experience, 3 years experience in similar management position; with investment and financing and IPO experience preferred;
• Familiar with China tax laws and regulations, variety of financial management software and Office software;
• Familiar with the IPO or public listing process;
• Meticulous, strict, business sensitive, strategic forward-thinking, entrepreneurial spirit;
