  • Supervise various activities relating to general procurement and office administration (e.g. procurement & supplies, maintenance & repair, insurance, fixed asset management, etc)
  • Review and update office administration procedures and operating manuals
  • Arrange tender for major procurement
  • Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned




  • University graduate in business or relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years relevant working experience in which 4 years at supervisory level
  • All round experience in international or sizable company will be an advantage
  • Familiar in general procurement, facilities management, office system enhancement and office renovations
