Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling incoming calls and customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- liaises with different departments to resolve customer complaints satisfactorily
- Follow up Reports
- Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files
- Handling other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, Chinese language and English(Syl.B) passed in CE is an advantage
- at least 1 year stable working experience is a must,
- Fluent speaking in Cantonese and able to communicate in English and Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Stable,customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing and able to learn
- Immediately available preferred
