Responsibilities:
- To design itineraries & land arrangement for clients
- To handle daily enquires on air ticket, hotel reservation
- To retain clients with professional customer service skills
Requirements:
- F5 or above. Preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
- At least 2-3 years relevant inbound experience in travel industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sale Service Supervisor
- Strong negotiation & communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written, English Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Good PC knowledge
- Travel will be occasionally required
