Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of travel consultancy services to customers include flight, hotel, cruise reservations or other travel arrangement
- Plan tour itineraries and handle customers’ enquires
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
- Experience in front-line sales or customer services is preferred
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
