Responsibilities:
- Support the development and management of global key customers (“Global Accounts”) with strategic importance and major growth potential for MOL Liner;
- Organize and manage tender preparation and implementation;
- Set up standard operating procedures (SOP) for Global Accounts and coordinate with regional and front office teams for execution and compliance;
- Coordinate with Trade Management teams and regional sales to develop strategies for each Global Account;
- Provide quality sales and customer service through both the regional sales teams as well as direct relationship with customers in order to achieve preset targets;
- Monitor and track the performance of Global Accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Shipping / Logistics Management, Marketing or equivalent disciplines is preferable;
- At least three years work experience in shipping industry, preferably in trade management, marketing or sales;
- Experience in tender management is an advantage;
- IT knowledge, with excellent command of software applications especially Excel, PowerPoint;
- Detail-minded and team player;
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English. Putonghua is an advantage.
