Responsibilities:
- Perform regular review and update on shipping procedures and workflow
- Full order cycle management
- Compile reports regularly for management review
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on various ad hoc projects
- Customer service
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in fashion industry
- Specific knowledge in order cycle management and customer management skills
- Previous experience in sales administration is an advantage
- Multitasking
- Initiative, creative, result-oriented, willing to work overtime and under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS applications
- Immediate availability is preferable
