Responsibilities:
- Station in customer office to act as a bridge between the customer and UPS origin offices in APAC region
- Provide guidance to origin office in compliance to customer's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and requirements
- Update customer’s SOP and distribute to both internal and external parties
- Provide training to UPS origins and customer's vendors on new processes and requirements when necessary
- Attend meeting with customer, vendor or carrier to resolve business issues
- Assist manager in communicating and responding to emails from U.S. on-site team, broker, origins and customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry
- Excellence command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, strong in planning and organizing, attention to details
- Self-driven, customer-oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint
