  • Station in customer office to act as a bridge between the customer and UPS origin offices in APAC region
  • Provide guidance to origin office in compliance to customer's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and requirements
  • Update customer’s SOP and distribute to both internal and external parties
  • Provide training to UPS origins and customer's vendors on new processes and requirements when necessary
  • Attend meeting with customer, vendor or carrier to resolve business issues
  • Assist manager in communicating and responding to emails from U.S. on-site team, broker, origins and customers




  • Diploma in Logistics or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry
  • Excellence command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, strong in planning and organizing, attention to details
  • Self-driven, customer-oriented and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint
