Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of banking services to meet customers’ need on a “one-stop-shop” basis
- Explore business opportunities in Taiwan and China
- Act as an Account Officer in handling client’s lending applications and credit monitoring
- Sell and provide advice to clients on Securities and other Investment Products (Unit Trust, ELN, ELD, CLD, Bonds, Insurance, Structure Products etc.) and handle clients’ transactions
- Participate in the marketing and promotion functions/ programs organized by Bank
- Assist in the Bank’s corporate and community functions for promotion of corporate image
- To achieve & exceed defined sales target
- To grow deposit portfolio & Asset Under Management (AUM)
- To acquire high net-worth customers
- To handle and answer customers’ enquiries including enquiries on various
- banking services and products including insurance / investment product and services) / suggestions and resolve customer complaints efficiently, politely and in a professional manner
- To assist the Department Head in developing localized promotion program
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent
- 3 years working experience preferably in Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of Product knowledge in respect of Unit Trusts, Insurance,
- Structured Products, Government / Corporate Bonds as well as HK stock market
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
- Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin
- Good understanding of Credit Lending management
- Pass in HKSI and IIQE
