The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to handle daily tenancy administration relating to all tenancy work services which cover, but are not limited to, the handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and the monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services.





  • Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of real estate related experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage
  • Good computer skills
