Responsibilities:
- Assist Head of Operational Risk Management to drive and implement an effective risk management framework
- Implement operational risk related policies and guidelines and maintain an effective communication with the business and support units
- Advise on operational risk related matters
- Provide assessment of operational risk for new product proposals
- Implement operational risk management tools and work with business units to establish operational risk assessment tools, control mechanism and monitoring improvement plans
- Analyze operational risks and losses
- Prepare operational risks management reports to management, committee, head office or and keep track of follow up actions.
- Plan and conduct risk awareness or operational risk related training.
- Support Business Continuity Plan activities.
Requirements:
- University graduate major in accounting, banking, finance, operations research or management preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, process management or banking
- Good knowledge of banking policies, procedures and products
- Strong analytical skills
- Great people and communication skills
- Fluent English , Cantonese and Mandarin
- With project experience is an advantage
