Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities:
The incumbent shall be responsible for implementing marketing programs for acquisition through the specified consumer brand / business portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Assist in managing marketing development to deliver full marketing drive across all product sets, working closely with product development, pricing, marketing communication, sales, service and device teams
  •  Assist in continuously tracking and analyzing campaign plans, competitor activities and market trends, and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  •  Working with functional marketing teams and other relevant business groups to ensure the delivery of an impeccable customer experience across all marketing programs and timely consistency in the brand execution
  • Having personal ownership on the implementation of each specific marketing program that contributes towards the overall health and growth of the brand or line of business with regards to acquisition, usage, churn & revenue / profitability
  • As a team, accountable for driving and delivering the KPIs and targets of the specific marketing campaign in relation to customer acquisition, retention, revenue, profit and customer numbers
  • As a team, accountable for maximizing the Return on Marketing Investment of every acquisition marketing program in the consumer market
  • Engaging the Retail, Customer Service , Channel management and/or Corporate Business Market teams to ensure consistency of messaging and execution across the different touch-points and to deliver the maximum return on investment on each marketing campaign
  • Collaborating with the Product & Device Marketing and Pricing teams to develop the right brand and product proposition to meet acquisition and business objectives
  • Manage any other activity as required and directed by the Senior Manager and Marketing Director

 


Requirements:

 

Responsibility:
  • A minimum of 6 years solid marketing communications experience. Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Executive.
  • Proven track record in luxury, consumer lifestyle industry with good understanding of the consumers, their interests, .lifestyle and geographic differences
  • Results focused, performance driven, trendy and savvy personality
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Good sense of communication structure and flow between departments
  • Initiative and strong ownership of work
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese both written and spoken
