Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Operations Manager, Inbound
- Handle local hotel bookings and transfer arrangements in an efficient, accurate and cost effective manner
Requirements:
- Mature, reliable and patient
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year relevant experience in travel industry
- Service-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently
- Good team spirit and time management
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Basic English and fluent Chinese/Cantonese
