Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations team in ensuring activities of in & out shipment are performed smoothly within service performance timing
- Coordinate with different departments, control and monitor purchasing and sales activities to keep sufficient inventory to optimize service levels and minimize working capital
- Perform supply planning and demand forecasting
- Communicate with vendors and customers to build effective supply chain business models
- Work closely with US headquarter and Mainland China office to ensure the supply and comply with company standards
- Assist / handle declaration of import and export goods
- Present monthly report to management
Requirements:
- Degree or above, preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operation Management or other related discipline
- 8 years or above relevant experiences in merchandizing, supply / demand planning
- Hands on experience in using MS Office application
- Strong data analysis skills, able to manage large volume of data
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to work with different levels of staffs
- Mature, proactive, independent and able to explore opportunities for improvement
- Willing to develop long-term partnerships and relationships to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, fluent Cantonese
- May require to travel occasionally
