Account Manager

Responsibilities:

 

·         Formulate and drive the Sales Strategy for network security services
·         To execute strategic and tactical sales plans, account management, sales operations and P&L responsibility for individual sales accounts
·         Drive business development, account management, sales operation and P&L responsibility for the business
·         Identify and approach potential new clients, convert enquiries from potential clients to sales
·         Develop relationships with existing clients and maximize revenue potential
·         Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales plans; oversee all necessary activities to fulfill strategic objectives
·         Provide timely and reliable management information
·         Work towards building the overall strength and performance of the sales team and the company as a whole
·         Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities

 


Requirements:

 

·         Degree holder with at least 2 years working experience in sales capacity in Telco/ISP/MSS or a similar industry.
·         Min 2 years working experience in sales capacity in Telco/ISP/MSS or a similar industry.
·         Experience in DDoS/MSS industry will be added advantage
·         Good Marketing experience and proven Sales track record
·         A strategic thinker. Able to think financially and is analytical
·         Analytical thinking – ability to systematically break down complex situation into their component parts, to understand the relationships and devise appropriate responses.
·         Creative thinking skills – including the ability to maintain an open mind, understand and integrate diverse information from diverse sources and synthesize information into appropriately creative and realistic concepts, programs processes and solutions.
·         Integrity – including being honest, upholding professional principles and ethical standards in any and all aspects of business conduct
·         Someone with vision who is able to see the long term picture
·         Flexible and able to prioritize
·         Good people management skills
·         You are driven and take leadership in tasks/jobs/problems assigned and complete with minimum guidance and supervision
·         Less experience candidate will be considered for the Account Executive position
